Personal Background: Rich has been a lifelong resident of Hyde Park. With Bonnie, his wife of 37 years, they have raised 4 wonderful children- All attended Hyde Park Schools. Rich retired from IBM after 27 years of dedicated work. Prior to IBM Rich spent 7 years working with the United States Post Office Service and served as the vice-president, treasurer, and union representative for the American Postal Workers Union, AFL-CIO, Mid Hudson Region. Rich looks forward to continuing his commitment to improving Hyde Park and Dutchess County for current and future residents.


"I promise to continue to look at the issues of ALL residents in a non-partisan way. I will use my experience to influence all aspects of county government to be more effective without increasing the cost to the taxpayer. I want Hyde Park and Dutchess County to be the place where new business looks to come and bring new job opportunities, and residents feel they are a part of a thriving community."

- Liaison to numerous committees including: 
        - Greenfields Water and Sewer Committee,
        - Quaker Hill Water Committee, 
        - Fall Kill Watershed Committee, &
        - 9G Corridor Committee.
-Revived several Neighborhood Watch Programs.
-Volunteered for over 17 years coaching and managing for Hyde Park Baseball and several years with CYO basketball.
